ANUFC member survey 2009

Dear Club Members,

With the season closed, the Committee would like to survey the club members to gather information to assist in planning for 2010 and beyond. Please take the time in the next 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.

Aside from basic demographic info, the survey seeks to capture your views on a range of club issues, including coaching, communication, sponsorship, fundraising and Premier League.

The data gathered from the survey will be extremely important in developing a new Strategic Plan for the Club for the next 3 years, as well as further informing the constitutional review currently underway in response to issues raised at the 2008 AGM concerning requirements for voting on major club decisions.

We encourage everyone to respond as the more information the committee has the more informed our decision making can be. The data gathered will initially be presented at the 2010 Planning Day which will be held in the month following the end of season (data tba). All interested members are welcome to attend Planning Day and participate in the discussions and planning for 2010 and beyond.
