Masters are the most trivial ...

A few styrofoam cups and drinking straws can keep even the roudiest footballers amused … The masters beat all comers in the 2009 quiz.

A big thankyou to all those who helped organise or attended the Trivia night on saturday night at Turner Bowls.

It was made an awesome night by the superb quiz masters – Moesy, Dawson and Turps. The prizes were great and a massive thankyou to Athletes foot, Wild digital and All Bar Nun for providing prizes for the event. I would especially like to thank John Mitchell for sourcing the matildas signed merchandise at such short notice.

It was also a chance to thank our current sponsors – Maximus Solutions, I-Cognition, Athletes Foot, All Bar Nun and Wild Digital were all presented with a small plaque by the president in appreciation of their support of the club.

The event was well attended and all tables were full, after 10 rounds of questions the Masters quiz team came out on top and each of them won themselves a bottle of wine and a $25 voucher for All bar nun.

After the quiz finished many attendees moved on to All Bar to take advantage of the $10 Jugs and chance to sing their heads off in the back courtyard whilst watching Everton get our hopes up before Dogba dashed them….
